This can be delivered with the business founder, marketing lead, or core marketing team — whoever is responsible for driving your marketing forward. Delivered over two half-days or one full day depending on your business needs, we build your complete marketing plan from start to finish together.
Following the day, Chantel will deliver a comprehensive planning and strategy document, so you're ready to hit the ground running and start implementing straight away.
Included are planning tools and templates to support your marketing planning journey, plus a quarterly check-in call with Chantel to review progress, maintain accountability, and provide recommendations and referrals to support you through the implementation stage.
