This can be delivered with the business founder, marketing lead, or core marketing team — whoever is responsible for driving your marketing forward. Delivered over two half-days or one full day depending on your business needs, we build your complete marketing plan from start to finish together.
Following the day, Chantel will deliver a comprehensive planning and strategy document, so you're ready to hit the ground running and start implementing straight away.
Included are planning tools and templates to support your marketing planning journey, plus a quarterly check-in call with Chantel to review progress, maintain accountability, and provide recommendations and referrals to support you through the implementation stage.
Fractional marketing support
Senior marketing leadership, without the full-time hire
Not every organisation needs a full-time marketing director. Most still need someone to set the direction, keep the plan on track and help the team make good decisions. That's where fractional support comes in.
I work alongside you and your team, bringing the strategic leadership that turns marketing activity into results, without the cost of a senior hire.

Project support
Focused strategic leadership for a specific piece of work, such as a campaign, a product or service launch, or a key event. I'll shape the plan, set the priorities and timeline, and keep things on track while your team or suppliers deliver.
My role isn't to replace your team or run your social media. It's to make sure the work they do is pointed in the right direction.
Many clients start with a Planning & Strategy Day to set the direction, then move into fractional support to make it happen.
